  54.       It is used to remove vertical stripes caused by poor quality
  55.       scanners. It works by adding a pattern that will interfere with
  56.       the image, removing stripes if setting is good. This
  57.       "negative" pattern is calculated from vertical elements
  58.       of the image, so don't be surprised if you see stripes on the
  59.       preview of an image that has none. And if pattern
  60.       "strength" is too high, you image will be striped.
